Canada Day, Ist of July, and sunrise over eastern Australia … looking out of the cabin window. At last, two hours to go till we land.
I flew back from Canada on June 29th, at speeds up to 986 km per hour, in a Boeing Dreamliner.
June 30th must have slipped down this crack of dawn.

Found you thanks to Naomi Baltuck’s “Writing Between the Lines,” and glad to have done. I know I’m going to like visiting here whenever I get the chance. The ice on the window, glowing red in the sunrise: Evocative.
